Have you seen posts with the hashtag #KholoBc on social networking website like Facebook, Twitter and Google Plus? I bet you did. KholoBC is a campaign by young Pakistani Tech Enthusiasts who want the government officials to unblock YouTube in Pakistan. It's been more than a year now that YouTube isn't accessible in Pakistan. KholoBC is an initiative by a Facebook Page called Pakistan for All, and they made a hilarious video called 'Hugs for YouTube! #KholoBC', in which they dressed up a person with YouTube costume and asked for Hugs from those who want YouTube unblocked in Pakistan. #KholoBC is a Pakistan for All campaign opposed to all forms of state censorship and content regulation on the Internet. We believe all individuals have the right to make their own judgements and decisions about what they do online. We also believe that there is a concerted effort underway to undermine our online freedoms using the smokescreen of national security and religion.
